Delivery Information

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £35. Most international orders are free over £35 too, though some heavy or very valuable items carry a small additional charge.

UK orders usually arrive within 7 working days, please allow up to 21 days. International orders usually arrive within 10 working days, please allow up to 28 days.

Last minute gift purchase? Next day special delivery or international courier service is often available. This service will be charged for at cost, please contact us to enquire.

Is your order a gift? Make sure you tell us when ordering and we'll gift wrap and leave out the full receipt.

From January 1st 2021, import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping to EU countries These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are beyond our control.

The person who the delivery is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies etc.

If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please do check what charges may apply for that country before ordering. and make sure that the recipient is aware that they’ll need to cover this before you order.
