Coventry necklace

Seraglia has searched all over the world to find the right elements to create this unique masterpiece:

• Japanese seed beads
• Fire polished beads from Czechoslovakia and India
• Vintage 1950's Sarah Coventry brooch mounted on filligree as a pendant
• Vintage tortoiseshell glass shaped and textured beads
• Vintage jonquil hand cut aurora borealis crystal beads

In the centrepiece, each bead is hand-wired onto the filigree setting to create a sparkling three dimensional frame for the vintage accent.

The chain and pendants are made of wired links, and give the piece a wonderful fluidity and movement. The Sarah Coventry brooch used as a centrepiece is featured in the book "Collectible Costume Jewellery"

The necklace fastens with a hook, allowing the length to be altered from chestpiece to choker, as desired. Matching earrings available on request
